Recurrent facial palsy causes weakness in the facial muscles of the body. The weakness in the facial improves with time. It is temporary in some cases as the patient starts the medication sees the improvement. Bell’s palsy is also known as the acute peripheral palsy that happens due to an unknown cause at any age. It happens as the result of the swelling in the nerves caused due to the inflammation. Still, the cause behind it may be the viral infection. Recurrent Facial Palsy Symptoms

Signs and symptoms that show the occurrence of recurrent facial palsy in the patient are as follows. 

• Mild weakness is on one side of the face.
• The symptoms become worse with the time that causing total paralysis on the face one side. It occurs from hours to days in the patient.
• The patient finds it difficult to make simple facial expressions such as closing/opening eyes and smiling.
• Pain occurs in the jaw and behind the affected side of the ear.
• The patient feels increased sound sensitivity on the affected side.
• Headache
• Loss of the feel of taste
