A doctor is bestowed with the eye to see and treat weakness in mankind. He is the one who can give us hope when we are in doom. Ever since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic ,perhaps the most difficult time we are ever going to face in our lives, apart from prayers, people have been reaching out more and more to doctors with a hope that they will cure them. Doctors have been working round the clock to ensure that patients get the best medical care. These doctors have been putting their own lives at risk and sacrificing family life to ensure the safety of all. It is even more difficult for the doctors who are working tirelessly to ensure that all those that are infected are provided with proper medical facilities. Their contributions and hard work deserve our gratitude each and every day. So on National Doctor’s Day, which is marked on July 1 in India, we remember these heroes who work to save lives. 

National Doctor’s Day is celebrated on July 1 each year. This day is celebrated to thank the doctors and physicians for their dedicated service. This day offers an opportunity to express gratitude towards doctors for round the clock service they offer. In India, this day marks the birth as well as the death anniversary of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy who was one of the most renowned physicians in India.
