Alzheimer’s Disease is a type of progressive disease that affects brain functioning. It is an age-related medical issue. Still, scientists are unable to understand the cause behind Alzheimer’s disease. Symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease are trouble, confusion, memory loss, and trouble doing familiar tasks and decision-making. Alzheimer’s happens due to the decrease and increase in the production of the protein known as amyloid-beta peptides.

The two types of Alzheimer disease are as follows:

• Alzheimer Disease Early-Onset: Early-Onset of Alzheimer’s Disease happens in people whose age is below 65 years old. It is a rare type of disease, and around 5% of people suffer from it of 40 to 50 years of age. People who have Down syndrome have a higher risk of suffering from Early-Onset Alzheimer Disease. On the other hand, the scientists did the research and then found the few causes behind the Early-Onset of Alzheimer’s Disease. Early-Onset disease is connected with the specific DNA chromosome 14A form known as myoclonus. The changes in the brain are linked with Alzheimer’s disease causes.
• Late-Onset of Alzheimer’s Disease: People above the age of 65 years old suffer from the standard form of Alzheimer’s disease, i.e., late-onset. It may or may not become a hereditary disease. Still, the researchers did not find anything about the genes that cause the Late-Onset of Alzheimer’s Disease. The old age group of people suffers from the late-onset of Alzheimer’s Disease.
• Familial Alzheimer Disease: Familial Alzheimer’s disease is linked with genes issues. The families suffering from FAD had at least two generations affected with Familial Alzheimer Disease. There are less than 1% of the cases FAD. Primarily the cases of FAD disease are associated with the early-onset of Alzheimer’s Disease.

Alzheimer’s disease affects the brain. The people belonging to the age group above 40 years struggle with early-onset and late-onset Alzheimer’s disease issues.
